Refund and Return Policy

Overview

If you are unsatisfied with any merchandise or spirits or other products from our online store for any reason, we want you to return it to us so we can make it right. We do our best to offer our customers the best experience, and kindly ask for patience while we assist in the return process.

Our refund/exchange and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This includes spirits/alcohol products, except in certain situations limited to manufacturer defects.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin this process, please send us an email at [email protected].

Items for return can be brought back or shipped to the distillery at 5905 44 St. Bay 5, Lloydminster AB, T9V 1V6. Please make sure that if it is being sent back by mail, that any breakable materials are properly protected and secured.

We will notify you when the return/exchange has been processed. Please allow one week for the refund to be processed through your bank/credit card before following up on this process.
